If you cancel, please call at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

Understand it may be two weeks or more before the next appointment is available. Any clients that “no shows” or at the last moment cancels an appointment will be required to pre-pay for the next appointment with a debit/credit card over the telephone. I am important. My time is important. So are you, and your time at your job. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours of notice, your cost for the rescheduled appointment will be free. I will also extend my work day to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Cancellations made because of power outages or water are exceptions to this policy.

You may not stay with cat during his/her grooming appointment. Cats react to their owner’s stress. If you refuse to leave your cat alone with me then I am not the groomer for you. Cats tend to wiggle and pull towards their owners to avoid grooming. Please remember I am also a cat owner and treat all cats the way I want mine treated.

If I feel your cat needs medical attention by a licensed veterinarian, for his/her best interest, I will refuse to groom your cat. Sometimes owners will attempt to groom cats and will accidentally cut the cat’s skin. Please seek veterinarian care before brining him/her to me. If you have done this, have your veterinarian call me to discuss the treatment plan so I can be part of two in the best interest of the cat.

I am very happy to speak to your veterinarian about any handling considerations regarding medical conditions or any concern that needs to be addressed.

I am trained to handle extremely aggressive cats. However, there are cats with unmanageable behaviour. If you and your veterinarian wish to make a sedation (pill), I will gladly groom your sedated cat right after your cat has been administered by a licensed veterinarian.

Terms of grooming and at-risk cat (if needed) forms are to be signed before grooming begins.

Payment will be made as per price list/quote and is due at time of pick up. Cash, and debit/credit cards are accepted.

Pretty kitty all natural cats grooming is not zoned as a kennel. Cats may not stay overnight or be boarded.
